Ordering from outside the UK

If you are ordering from a country that is outside of the UK, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges calculated by that country’s authorities. By which payment is the entire responsibility of the customer only, these will be requested by the delivering carrier.  Failure to pay them will result in the item eventually being returned to us by our carriers. A charge is still incurred for this return which will be deducted, plus handling charges, from any refund amount

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order please let our sales team know as soon as possible. After an order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the delivery with our carriers. Please do not refuse to accept a delivery as a way of cancellation. If delivery of an order is refused the goods will be returned to us by our carriers. A charge is still incurred for this return which will be deducted, plus handling charges, from any refund amount.

Warranty

From the date the product is received, all products supplied come with a 12-month replacement part only warranty. The warranty only covers breakdowns or faults due to a defect in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear & tear, incorrect installation, lack of routine maintenance, accidental damage or damage caused by negligence or misuse, or unauthorised modification. This warranty is made available to the Customer who is the initial purchaser of the product provided that an appropriate proof of purchase can be shown. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all our products are fitted by a fully qualified engineer in line with the original manufacturers’ instructions. All items must be checked for full compatibility, fit for purpose and prior to installation.

Returns

If you need to return an item please contact us first, returns sent without any prior notice will result in a delay to processing them and any refunds issued where applicable.  Any items being returned should be notified to us within 14 days of delivery of the item.

You have the right to return any item ordered. This excludes special order items. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any outgoing shipping costs will not be refunded, a handling and restocking charge of 10% will also be deducted if the item in not returned in the “as new / unused” condition it was sent in, this includes item packaging.

If the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will assist in arranging return collection and take the cost of the return shipping with carrier and method of our choice.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods back.

If you find a part of your order either, unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. We as the retailer are given the opportunity to repair or replace any goods of this nature. If our attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can then claim a refund or price reduction if you wish to keep the item. If a repair or replacement is not possible

Note: Goods must be returned to our head office within 14 days of notifying our sales team. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

MKH Machinery shall not be liable for loss, injury or any damage relating to parts or machinery supplied by ourselves, warranties extended as far as those given to us by our suppliers. All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons. The onus is upon the customer to have full insurance on the items supplied, either if for the use of the purchaser or purchased with the intent to re-sell. Goods should be checked upon delivery for damage or faults.

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notification.

Body panels are Not supplied in a  finished state and must be test fitted before painting. MKH Machinery will not be liable for costs of painting or coating of panels prior to fitment. If panels have been sprayed they will not be eligible for return.

The original equipment, manufacturers name, part number, and description are for reference only and are not intended to indicate or suggest that our parts are made by the OEM.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal identity information relating to customers given during transactions will only be used to send orders, information regarding MKH Machinery, and promotions to our customers. This information may be transmitted to our dealers or other business partners. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal identity information and will not give or sell personal identity information to any other outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation.
